A series of demonstration classes in 3 disciplines will be held to help us decide the future of Monday night Yoga. Pilates will be on November 15, Feldenkrais, November 22, and Yoga, November 29. All classes are at 6:15pm in the Social Hall and will last approximately an hour. All are welcome.
