Crystal Lake Food Pantry Benefit Concert featuring Rik Emmett
Out here in Crystal Lake our Food Pantry is being forced out of the Salvation Army building, where it is currently housed. In order to help pay for a permanent home, we are hosting a Benefit Concert featuring Rik Emmett, formerly of Triumph. Rik has gone on to pursue a solo career with wonderful success, performing most recently at the House Of Blues in Chicago.
The concert takes place on January 28, 2006 at the Willow Creek McHenry County Auditorium in Crystal Lake. (220 Exchange Dr.) Willow Creek joins 21 other area churches in supporting the Food Pantry. Our local Catholic Churches, St. Thomas the Apostle and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, are also very involved in this fundraiser.
