St. Gertrude’s Foster and Adoptive Families group provides support to foster and adoptive families, educates the parish and school about adoption issues, and socializes with other adoptive and foster families. We have single parents, married parents, and gay parents. We welcome others who want to come and explore adoption and fostering to see if it’s the right way to grow their families. We hope that through our efforts, we can expand people’s view of what constitutes a family. Truly, love is what makes a family.
