A group of friends and neighbors from Andersonville, Edgewater and Rogers Park will gather at the corner of Foster and Clark from 7pm to 8pm to protest the proposed troop surge.

Parking is available on the street. By train, take the Red Line to Berwyn. Walk south to Foster and west to Clark. By bus, take the 22 Clark Bus to Foster. Please bring your own signs or candles.Hi there, this is a spur of the moment protest planned, but I thought maybe some of the folks from St. Gertrudes might be interested in joining us. I have been attending for about a year and a half, but I haven’t really gotten very involved in the parish yet and don’t really know anyone - maybe you could spread the word on this event if you know anyone who would be interested. Thanks!
