Everything you need to know about the celebration of Confirmation 2012
DATE Sunday March 25, 2012
TIME 3:00 PM; Please arrive by 2:30 PM sharp.
Students and their sponsors meet in the Holy Name Room;
family members are asked to go directly to the church.
The candidates and their sponsors will process in at 2:55 PM
and Mass will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
PLACE St. Ignatius Church, 6559 North Glenwood, (773) 764-5936.
Parking is available on the street and in the parking lot
one block south (entrance on Arthur Avenue).
DRESS Boys: Shirt and tie; suit coat optional
Girls: Skirts and dresses should be an appropriate length;
slacks may be worn.
No gym shoes
SEATING Students will sit with sponsors and family members in assigned pews.
PICTURES Please refrain from taking pictures or videos during the Mass.
Bishop Kane will be available for photographs in the
Holy Name Room after the mass.
RECEPTION There will be a brief reception in the Holy Name Room after the mass.
REHEARSAL Sunday, March 19, 3-4:00 PM at St. Ignatius (for sponsors and candidates; parents are welcome).
